1s 8.3 autofill. The service has become paid

Now in “Accounting 8” (rev. 3.0) the details of the counterparty are filled in automatically - it is enough to indicate only the TIN. The new feature not only saves the accountant’s time, but also allows you to get up-to-date information about the counterparty, instantly register it in the program, thereby eliminating possible errors when entering.

Working with the service

In the 1C: Accounting 8 program, starting with version 3.0.35.25, the ability to automatically fill in the details of the counterparty with the information contained in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities/Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs has been implemented. To do this, when creating a new counterparty in the form of a directory element Counterparties You must fill in the TIN field and click the button Fill in the TIN details or key Enter(Fig. 1).

Rice. 1. Creating a new counterparty from the directory based on the TIN

If the TIN is entered correctly and information about the counterparty is in the state register, then the details are filled in automatically (Fig. 2).

Rice. 2. Automatically filled details

If relevant information is available in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities for legal entity will be filled in:

· short and full name;

· legal address;

· manager (registered as the main contact person);

· telephone.

For individual(entrepreneur) short and full name are filled in.

You can create a new counterparty using the auto-fill details function from any document or directory of the program. To do this, you can enter the TIN in the counterparty input field instead of the name. If in the directory Counterparties there is no counterparty with the same TIN, the program will offer to create a new one. By button Create An already completed form for a new counterparty will open (Fig. 3).

Rice. 3. Creating a counterparty with auto-filling of details from the document

To automatically fill in the details of the counterparty, you must have access to the Internet and current contract ITS.

Connecting to the service

In order for the user to have access to the service for automatically filling in the details of counterparties, he needs to connect to Internet support. Connection to Internet support is carried out using the hyperlink of the same name from the section Administration(Fig. 4a, 4b).

Rice. 4b. Connecting Internet support

To authorize in the Internet user support system, use the same login and password as on the website users.v8.1c.ru (Fig. 5). The user can register independently or contact a partner of the 1C company with whom the organization has an agreement.

Finally, it's done! Starting with the release of 1C:Accounting 3.0.35.26, it became possible to fill in the counterparty’s data according to his TIN automatically.

This became possible thanks to the online service of the Federal Tax Service “Checking the correctness of filling out invoices”, with which you can check online the existence of a counterparty using the Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) and KPP. The data is taken from the Unified State Register of Real Estate state register taxpayers).

1. Update to a release no lower than 1C: Accounting 3.0.35.26 (by the way, for this you will probably need to update the platform to a version no lower than 8.3.5.1119).

2. In the "Administration" section, select "Support and Maintenance" ():

At the very bottom, check the box "Check counterparties using the Federal Tax Service web service":

3. The program will ask you for a login and password to connect to Internet support:

Enter them.

4. The program will ask you registration number your product:

Don't deny her this either.

The service has become paid

Starting from 2016, the ability to automatically fill in the details of counterparties from 1C became paid (before that it was free, as it worked in test mode).

In order to use this opportunity, you need to connect the 1C:Counteragent service.

To use “1C:Counterparty” you must:

  • have a valid ITS agreement at the PROF level

Or buy any of the service packages:

  • 1C: Counterparty for 12 months
  • 1C: Counterparty unlimited
  • StartEDO

The cost of the service is from 400 rubles. per month.

How does this work

Now let's try to score a new counterparty:

Please note that I only entered the TIN of the organization.

Now all you have to do is click the “Fill in TIN details” button and voila:

Filled out: Name, checkpoint And officials.

In addition, let's go to the bookmark Addresses:

As you can see, everything is filled here too.

This wonderful opportunity has appeared in 1C: Accounting. This is another compelling argument for switching to three.

Sincerely, Vladimir Milkin(teacher and developer).

Filling in the details of the counterparty by TIN in 1C: Accounting (8.3, 8.2, edition 2.0; 7.7)

2017-01-25T18:31:06+00:00

As is known in the troika, since last year there has been a wonderful opportunity to fill out the details of the counterparty using the Taxpayer Identification Number (INN).

For two and seven, 1C did not provide such functionality and made it clear that they were not going to do it for old configurations.

And now the 1st quarter of 2015 has arrived, everyone is now submitting a VAT return according to the new rules and the ability to synchronize counterparties with the tax office according to the TIN is so necessary for all accountants at two level. After all, if the counterparty’s card is not filled out properly, you will not be able to upload the declaration.

To be honest, I didn’t have a solution in my arsenal to automatically fill in the details of counterparties using the TIN for two. Therefore, I contacted the wonderful programmer Pavel Daskal and, with his permission, am publishing the processing on the site. He gave me this permission with a light heart, for which I am very grateful to him.

Attention! Processing also fills in the legal address and telephone number of the counterparty. To see the changes, you need to close and reopen the counterparty card.

Download for two

Here's the actual processing:

And after that, you can safely go to any of the counterparties, where at the very bottom click the “Update TIN details” button:

And voila!

I remind you once again that if you immediately go to the “Addresses and Phones” tab, it will be empty. In fact, they filled up. If you want to see them, just close and open the counterparty card again.

Why it might not work

Attention! If the processing does not fill in the details, the reason is that your login and password for the 1C website are not filled in.

In this case, you must have a subscription to PROF level ITS (TECHNO is no longer enough), or a 1C: Counterparty service paid separately from the subscription.

Go to the menu "Tools" -> "Online user support" -> "Online user support" and enter your username and password there:

Then the processing will work as it should.

Gratitude

Once again I express my deep gratitude to Pavel Daskal for writing and allowing us all to use his processing. Pavel, thank you!

For 1C:Accounting 7.7

I also didn’t have a solution to automatically fill out the details of counterparties using the TIN for the seven (1s accounting 7.7).

And then a wonderful programmer from Astrakhan, Ivan Vatumsky, found me himself (email for contacting him [email protected]).

He did a similar processing for his configuration and, at my request, “finished” it for 1C Accounting 7.7. Ivan turned out to be a very responsive and responsible programmer.

Download for 7.7

Here's the actual processing:

You need to download and extract it to your desktop.

Go to the “Settings” tab and specify the login and password for the ITS:

We save these settings immediately so as not to enter them every time:

Finally, we carry out tests:

The processing works great. In addition, if you have a service programmer, it will not be difficult for him to integrate this processing directly into the directory of counterparties.

Instructions for integrating processing into the counterparties directory

In the form of the directory element "Counterparties" we add a new button "By TIN" (there is just enough space for it in typical configuration), we write in it a call to the function "PoINN()" with the following content:

The processing itself should be located under the name Zap_INN.ert in the "ExtForms" directory of the desired database.
