  • CCP- cash register equipment.
  • APPLICANT– an economic entity that has submitted an application for initial accreditation or extension current agreement for the right to provide technical support for cash register equipment.

  • PRODUCTS– cash register and weighing equipment from the relevant suppliers: CJSC SHTRIKH-M TIN 5024046846, LLC STC Izmeritel TIN 7726291497, LLC STC Izmeritel TIN 5024054445.
  • TsTO (center maintenance cash register equipment)– an economic entity that has previously concluded a corresponding agreement with the CCP SUPPLIER for the right to provide technical support for the CCP.
  • END CLIENT- an economic entity purchasing PRODUCTS for use on own enterprises (shopping facilities) for its intended purpose.
1. Fundamental requirements.

The APPLICANT, when applying for initial accreditation, must have:

  • The status of a legal entity, confirmed by the relevant permits and certificates of state and tax registration, banking services (including separate divisions).
  • Own or rented office, industrial and warehouse premises that meet established fire safety, electrical, sanitary, environmental requirements and standards.
  • Regulatory and technical documentation containing:
    • Laws Russian Federation, resolutions of the Government of the Russian Federation, technical regulations, related to the scope of application and maintenance of CCP.
    • Sets of technical and operational documentation for each model of the CCP SUPPLIER'S PRODUCTS, for which it is planned to conclude an agreement for the right to provide technical support.
    • Documents establishing the procedure, types and terms of provision of services to END CLIENTS technical support specific models of PRODUCTS, as well as the procedure for fulfilling warranty obligations.
    • Certificate of registration of a business entity as a service center by the executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, on the territory of which it is planned to provide technical support for PRODUCTS (if the business entity is registered as a service center).
    • Established order write-off and disposal of parts and units of PRODUCTS that are owned by a business entity and cannot be restored or used, as well as instructions for maintaining, storing and writing off relevant documentation.
    • The procedure for registration, recording and elimination of complaints from END CLIENTS regarding the services of a business entity, claims and sanctions of the CCP SUPPLIER, comments from tax and other executive authorities government agencies, rulings or court decisions.
2. Requirements for production premises.

The premises must be suitable:

  • To carry out work on inspection, diagnostics, repair and maintenance of PRODUCTS.
  • For storage of PRODUCTS under repair.
  • For the functioning of the dispatch service.
  • For storage of non-activated EKLZ in accordance with the requirements of document RD 78.36.003-2002 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. If there is no premises that meets the specified characteristics, it is necessary to have an agreement with the bank on the rental of a safe deposit box.
The list of software, hardware and equipment necessary for the operation of an economic entity is given in APPENDIX No. 1 to these Requirements.


3. Number of specialists.

A sufficient number of specialists based on no more than 150 fiscal registrars (200 autonomous cash desks) provided with technical support for 1 mechanic of the central service station.

4. Requirements for specialists:

  • Completion of appropriate training on the PRODUCT models of the CCP SUPPLIER;
  • Completing safety training;
  • Availability of a qualification group in electrical safety of at least third.
5. To ensure activities:
  • Dispatch service, mobile communications.
  • Spare parts specified in APPENDIX No. 2 and recommended by the CCP SUPPLIER for availability for the relevant PRODUCT models to ensure repairs are completed within the time limits established by current legislation.

These requirements are prepared on the basis of:

  1. REGULATIONS ON THE PROCEDURE FOR SALE, MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF CASH CONTROL MACHINES IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION of the State Interdepartmental Expert Commission on Cash Registers dated March 6, 1995 N 2/18-95.
  2. FEDERAL LAW ON THE APPLICATION OF CASH CONTROL EQUIPMENT WHEN MAKING CASH PAYMENTS AND (OR) PAYMENTS USING PAYMENT CARDS T dated May 22, 2003 N 54-FZ.

  • remote maintenance of cash registers
  • telephone consultations on any questions related to the operation of the CCP

KKM diagnostics

Bring your cash register for diagnostics to our cash register center! Diagnostics will determine the service life of cash register equipment, possible malfunctions, evaluate technical condition cash registers.

Technical service cash registers (KKM service ) is produced by our technical service center ().

Without a cash register maintenance agreement with the central service station, you will not be able to register your cash register with tax office. In accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, the central repair shop will repair the cash register within 36 hours. The Federal Tax Service and the cash register supplier are notified about the repair of the cash register. A mark is made in the cash register passport.
