Equipment for candy production

On the equipped line, the production of candies is carried out in the process of mechanized production of various types of candy masses, as well as accelerating the holding of the cast body in the flow, automatic wrapping, and weighing. Mechanized dumping and transportation of wrapped candies, as well as molding of the body with casting in starch. This line includes a technological complex, a casting unit with an accelerated drying unit. A glazed unit and an automatic wrapping unit are also used. Unit for packaging sweets.

The production of candy begins with syrup and molasses being poured into the supply tank. The ingredients for this formulation are pumped using a plunger pump into a continuous mixer. After this, the heated mixture to a certain temperature passes to the filter and is pumped into the column, where it begins to boil down to a dry matter concentration.

Then the boiled syrup is separated from the secondary steam in a cyclone and enters the fondant whipper. In this machine, cooling and crystallization occurs, and turns the mass into lipstick. Then the finished lipstick goes into a special collection and goes into a collection with a stirrer. Here flavoring and coloring substances are introduced, heated lipstick to the required temperature is fed into the funnel of a candy molding machine, where it is poured into special cells.

Ready production The sweets are sent to the cupboard, where the lipstick is blown with air, and it begins to harden. After this, the trays with solid bodies are sent to the candy molding machine and freed from the bodies. Then the candies are sent to a folding device and covered with icing. Only after the candies pass through the freezer does the icing completely harden.

Candies from the freezer go to the chambers, in parallel rows they enter the conveyor, where the required number of candies in the amount of 20 pieces are oriented in one row and enter the wrapping machine. After the candies are wrapped, using a transverse conveyor they enter a special hopper, and the boxes are filled, the finished products are sent to a parcel machine, where the top flap is closed, sealed and labeled. After this, the packages are sent on an expedition.

As for multilayer sweets, they are made only from confectionery fondant masses, without glazing the body. Here the production line includes an area for preparing raw materials. The production of candies is carried out using the following equipment: equipment for molding a multilayer layer, pumps, a steam jacket, and a mixer. Such candies are made with nuts, and the recipe amount of ingredients is measured by the total mass. Lastly, essence, wine and alcohol are poured. After this, all components are thoroughly mixed for twenty minutes in a special machine. When the mass is completely mixed, the mixer is overturned, and the mass will flow through the pipelines into the receiving funnels.
