There are many channels on TV, which, of course, I don’t watch all of them. The main thing for me is signal stability. I watch few channels, but the quality of TV triples for me.
I use home internet. The speed is quite enough for me, especially the new one. They even change the router to a new one, albeit at my request.
Regarding Mobile communications- here everything is more complicated. Works in many places, very well, but not everywhere. I often visit friends’ dachas in the Moscow region, and the quality of communication there is generally disgusting. Catches in 2 places throughout the house. It’s the same story on the site (so that they don’t think that the aluminum roof reflects the signal). It’s not even worth talking about the Internet there. there's a minus here. Otherwise, convenient communication. All your loved ones are on MTS, so it’s beneficial to communicate with them. And the bill comes as a whole in the receipt with the phone, so you don’t worry about being left without communication.
The downside, of course, is the support/sales service and the attitude towards customers.
Here's a real life story: In January they called me and offered to switch to a more favorable conditions. I won’t go into details of the conditions now, it’s not important. Nevertheless, I understood what was being offered to me and I was interested in only one question: how much more expensive? For myself, I understood the price/quality ratio of the new package. They reported that it would cost only 300 rubles more. In the first full month under the new conditions everything went fine. As promised, I overpaid 300 rubles. But then the fun begins. As it turns out, with the transition to a new package, the trial period of Amediateka Premium is automatically activated. Of course, no one warned me about this, because I would have turned it off as unnecessary.
Then in the new statement I see the connected service and contact the support service in VK. I get a dry answer in the style of “it’s all their own fault, everything on the site is there.”
What we end up with is an overpayment in the bottom line that turns out to be more after the first month, if you don’t turn off the add-on. plastic bag.
In my opinion, it’s worth warning about this if you call and offer something. Pain/sadness/longing. Now the money cannot be returned, as the support assured, although the amount is not large. It's a shame.
Take OKKO for example. The subscription was written off, I called and said that it was an accident, they returned it. Unless of course you used it. without unnecessary questions or reproaches.
I will say this: the company itself is good. The services are satisfactory. There is little customer focus. If I didn’t see it, it was my own fault.
As for recommendations, I advise you to take links to the terms and conditions and read them in full. Or find out about all the hidden commissions from operators.
Would I recommend it to friends? Not sure yet. As long as there is such an attitude towards customer problems, probably not.
