1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.2. An adjustment and testing technician is appointed to the position and dismissed from the position in the manner established by the current labor legislation by order of the head of the Organization.

1.4. A person with the following qualifications is appointed to the position of adjustment and testing technician:

Installation and testing technician of category I: secondary vocational (technical) education and work experience as a technician of category II for at least 2 years.

Installation and testing technician category II: secondary vocational (technical) education and work experience as a technician or other positions filled by specialists with secondary vocational education, at least 2 years.

Setup and testing technician: secondary vocational (technical) education without any work experience requirements.

1.5. The commissioning and testing technician must know:

Regulatory, methodological and other guidance materials for installation and commissioning work;

Organization of execution commissioning works;

Basic technical specifications, features of kinematic diagrams and designs of units and elements of systems and devices being adjusted and tested;

Methods for measuring parameters, characteristics and operating modes of equipment;

Terms of use measuring instruments and tools, devices;

The procedure for inspecting equipment, methods for detecting its defects;

Rules for drawing up acts and others technical documentation;

Basics of Economics, scientific organization labor and production organization;

Basics labor legislation;

Rules and regulations of occupational health, safety, industrial sanitation and fire protection.

1.6. In his activities, the commissioning and testing technician is guided by:

Regulatory acts and methodological materials on the work performed;

Orders and instructions of the head of the Organization and the immediate supervisor;

2. FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

The commissioning and testing technician performs the following duties:

Under the guidance of a commissioning and testing engineer, performs commissioning work (testing) various types equipment and systems (electrical equipment, technical equipment, ventilation, etc.).

Connects devices, registers the necessary characteristics and parameters, and processes the results obtained.

Participates in carrying out the necessary calculations, as well as in testing and adjusting equipment idle, under load and during comprehensive testing.

Draws up acts in the forms established by the current regulatory documents, indicating the volume of commissioning work performed.

5. WORKING CONDITIONS
