The development of IT technologies today makes it possible for almost every Sberbank client to use the bank’s services via Internet banking. You can manage your deposits in Sberbank, pay traffic police fines, land tax and much more without leaving your home. In this article, we will tell you step by step how to pay for the Internet through the Sberbank online service.

What is needed for this?

It's actually very easy. A necessary condition To make a payment through Sberbank online, you need to have a computer connected to the Internet and connected Internet banking. If you have a Sberbank credit or debit card, this service is activated and as a result you will receive a login (identifier) and a list of passwords to enter your personal account.

Step-by-step description of actions for paying for the Internet via Internet banking

We go to your personal account on the Sberbank website online. Enter your data that you received during registration and click the “Login” button.

Remember that there must be enough funds in your account, since you can only pay for the Internet using your card.

Now the main page opens in front of you. On it you can see all your Sberbank cards. Next, select the card you want to pay with. On the right side of each card there is an “Operations” button. Click on it next to the selected card. In the drop-down list, select the “Pay” option.

Before your eyes in the “Payment for goods and services” section, many different options will appear: “Internet and TV”, “ Mobile communications"and others.

Then, select the first option and click on it. Sberbank will offer you a whole list of Internet providers to choose from: Domolink, Beeline and many others.

Regional providers will definitely be on this list. Now we choose the provider to whom we will pay for the Internet.

To make it easier for you to find it, you need to select a payment region or use the “Search” line. Enter the name in the search bar and click “Find”.

After this, a new subsection will open in front of you, in which you need to fill in the appropriate lines. The first line will already be filled in. You will see the name of your provider company in it. In the next line “Payment with *”, enter the card number from which the funds will be debited. Below indicate the number of the agreement that you entered into with the provider to provide you with this service. Click “Continue”.

Then enter the amount required for payment in the new window. Now click “Continue” again.

A window will open in which you should carefully check the details and amount to pay again. If you find any inaccuracies, click on “Edit” or “Cancel” to complete the operation. Are you sure you filled out all the details correctly? Then go ahead, click “Confirm via SMS”. But if you use one-time checks to confirm your transactions, then select “Confirm by other means.”

Guaranteed payment receipt time is three days. If suddenly the money has not been credited to the company’s account within three days, you will need to contact the Sberbank support service.

How to create a payment template?

If you plan to regularly pay for the services of an Internet provider using the method described above, then it is best for you to create a template for paying for this service. Using a template will help you in the future significantly save time on entering details and searching for your provider. To do this, after completing the payment, you need to save the last transaction as a template.

In the dialog box, look for the star icon and next to it says “Save as Template.” Click on it here.

A new window will immediately open in which you enter a template name that is convenient for you. For example: “Payment for the Internet.” After entering the name of the template in the line, save everything by clicking the “Save” button.

Now, when you need to pay for the service of this company, you just need to go to the “Payments” section and find “My Templates”. All templates will be stored in this section. Select the one you need and click “Repeat payment”. That's all! You are all ready for a new payment through Sberbank online.

In this article we will look at how to pay for the Internet by bank card through . So, first, we need to log into Sberbank online by entering your username and password and confirming your login using SMS or one-time passwords (depending on what you use). After logging in, we are taken to where all our deposits and cards are shown to us. The operation to pay for the Internet can only be performed using a Sberbank card, therefore, if there are not enough funds on your card, you need to top it up. You can read about card replenishment options here. On this page we need to select the card with which we will make payments. To the right of the selected card there will be an “Operations” button, when you click on it, a submenu will open in which we need to click on the “Pay” line. On the next page we need to find the line “Internet” and click on it. In the screenshot below and further along the article, the necessary lines that you need to click on are highlighted with a red line. Or you can do it differently: go to the “Transfers and Payments” section and select the “Internet” sub-item. Next, select your Internet provider from the list of available ones. Next, we need to select your operator that provides you with Internet access. For me this is Rostelecom, so I click on the Rostelecom icon, you may have some other operator: MTS, Dom.ru or any other.

Attention! If your Internet provider is not in the list, then try using the search bar above and find it by TIN or by entering your personal account number.
In the next step, you need to indicate the contract number under which you are identified with your Internet operator. In my case, this is the contract number. For different providers, this can be completely different data, for example: IP number, address of your house or apartment, personal account number, etc. Typically, this data can be taken from the papers (Internet connection agreements) that you drew up when connecting to the Internet, or, if the connection agreement is lost, you can always call the help desk of your provider and ask what details to transfer payment for the Internet to. If you don’t know the phone number, you can use the search, for example here. In the search field you need to enter the name of your operator that provides Internet access, your city and click on the “Search” button.
So, after entering the contract number, click the “Continue” button. In the next window we need to enter the payment amount - the subscription fee for using the Internet. Size subscription fee is set in accordance with the tariffs set by your Internet provider. You can usually find out about tariffs on the company’s website or by calling them by phone. See above for how to find the website or phone number of your Internet provider. Enter the amount and click the “Continue” button. Next, we check the information entered in the previous steps and if everything is correct, then click the “Confirm by SMS” button or, if confirmation is carried out using one-time passwords, click on “Confirm in another way” (the link will be immediately after the button). If something is entered incorrectly, you can always click on “Edit” and change the necessary data or refuse the payment altogether by clicking on “Cancel”.
